We raise Black Angus Cattle. Black Angus cattle were originally bred in Scotland. Today they are the most popular beef breed in the United States. Our cattle are grass and grain feed. With this balanced diet the cattle's health and lifestyle thrive. The sprouted grain from Captain Lawerence Brewery in Pleasantville, NY has been an added benefit to not only the diet of the cattle but the shrinking of our carbon footprint. The brewery’s waste is being used as a sustainable supplement and the cattle love it. With this balanced diet the beef is reliably marbled and tender with a wonderful taste.

The lambs are also on this brewer’s diet and are grazing of course, whenever the weather permits. The pigs are strictly grain fed. Our chickens, geese, and ducks are all pasture-raised (free range) and also eat all natural grains. Our animals are never given hormones or antibiotics. Types of animal breeds,: black angus, Dorset lambs, Plymouth rock chickens, embden geese, pekin ducks, and Yorkshire pigs.
