The farm store at Hemlock Hill Farm, a 120-acre property in northern Westchester County, has been renovated, making it an excellent stop on a fall weekend en route to the Hudson Valley. Most of the produce sold here is grown on the farm — operated by the same family since 1939 — and the shop also sells meat and poultry, butchered and ready to cook, including grass-fed tri-tip Black Angus steaks. Artisanal products, including their own — like pickles, preserves, honeys, granola and dairy items — line the shelves and refrigerated cases. A food truck sells prepared breakfast and lunch dishes Thursdays to Saturdays: Hemlock Hill Farm, 500 Croton Avenue (Maple Avenue), Cortlandt, N.Y., 914-737-2810,
